Description
Le dënLidage des conducteurs électriques est classique ment effectuë à l'aide d'une pince manuelle êquipée de l0_ couteaux comportant diffërents passages adaptés, chacun;
- un êtat défectueux de l'outil de dénudage ;
- une erreur de l'opérateur sur le diamëtre des coü-teaux e . un diamètre inférieur entraînant une destruction des brins ; et . un diamëtre supérieur provoquant un dénudage impar-fart avec sertissage sur 1°isolant ;
- 1a tolérance sur le diamètre de l'âme du conducteur ;
~~43~80 ~~ 43 ~~ 0 The present invention relates to a method for connecting a electrical conductor to a connector pin, as well as the electrical connection obtained by setting work of the said process.
Most of these connections are currently made by crimping a sleeve, connected to the pin, on Ie electrical conductor previously stripped.
The unwinding of electrical conductors is classic carried out using manual pliers fitted with l0_ knives with different adapted passages, each;
to a determined conductor diameter. The operator v choose the correct diameter of the knives, present Ie conductor in the clamp, and the maneuver to make penetrate the knives into the insulation up to the level of the driver's soul. Longitudinal movement of knives will slide the insulation over the core by ejecting it first.
The electrical conductor is thus stripped and ready to be equipped with its spindle.
This aperitif being carried out manually, driver soul damage and bad contact with the spindle or poor resistance of the seam Wise can be caused by - an incorrect stripping length (this being estimated by sight by the operator ~
- a defective condition of the stripping tool;
- an operator error on the diameter of the costs heads and . a smaller diameter causing destruction of strands; and . a larger diameter causing imperfect stripping wax with crimp on 1 ° insulator;
- 1a tolerance on the diameter of the conductor core;

La figure 2 illustre la liaison; selon l'invention;
La broche 1 de connecteur, montrée sur la figure 1;
Puis, l'extrémité 3 du conducteur est insérée, sans' dénuder celle-ci, dans le 'manchon 2, jusqu'à venir au contact de l'adhésif 6 qui baignera celle-ci, notamment la face d'extrémité de l'âme mëtallique 4; et reliera ainsi, de façon électriquement conductrice, le conduc teur à la broche, après quoi le manchon 2 est serti sur ladite extrémité 3, de façon classique, en 7 (figure ~);
2 - the folding of a strand of the conductor during its introduction into the sleeve of b: COChe.
Furthermore, the possible use of mechanical means picnics, such as rotary knives, laser, installation of very problems related to their complexity and difficulty of their implementation.
. The object of the present invention is to avoid these shortcomings.
nients, and relates to a method for connecting a conductor electrical to a pin of a connector allowing avoid damage to the conductor and / or bad contact with the spindle.
To this end, the process for connecting a conductor electrical to one pin of a connector, said pin having a sleeve in which one end of said conductor is intended to be introduced; process comprising crimping said sleeve on said conduc-is remarkable, according to the invention, in that, before crimping the spindle sleeve-on the canduc-an electrically conductive adhesive is supplied in said sleeve and said end of the conductor is inserted, without stripping the latter, into said sleeve; of so that said adhesive connects, electrically conductive, the conductor: at the spindle.
Thus, the electrical connection between the conductor and the pin can be obtained, reliably, without it knows that it is necessary to strip the end of the conductor, with the disadvantages that cala implies, and / or without use special tools, the end face of the metallic core of the conductor being connected, so.
electrically conductive, to the pin paz the intermed-diary of said adhesive.
~~~ 3 ~ 8û
In particular, a predetermined dose of adhesive may be brought into the farad of the sleeve.
Advantageously, the end of the conductor is cut in bevel before insertion into said sleeve, in particular at an angle at least substantially equal to 45 °.
Furthermore, as an adhesive, a glue loaded with a metal, said glue being able to be in particular, an epoxy thixotroge paste with an ar-nice.
l0 The figures in the accompanying drawing will make it clear how the invention can be realized.v Figure 1 shows a connector pin with a w sleeve intended to receive the end of a conductor electric.
Figure 2 illustrates the link; according to the invention;
between the pin and the conductor of figure 1.
The connector pin 1, shown in Figure 1;
includes a cylindrical sleeve 2 which is intended to be inserted end 3 of a conductor electric, having a metallic core 4 surrounded an insulating sheath 5.
According to the invention, an electrically curable adhesive conductor 6 is first brought to the mowing of the sleeve 2, at a dose predetermined by the characteristics dimensions of the sleeve and danc of the conductor. Gela may be fled by any suitable means, such as example a graduated micrometric syringe. This adhesive may in particular be a charge epoxy thixotropic paste of money, like that provided by the Company EPO ~ ECNY
under the trade name EPO-TEK 917, including the carartëris--Technical ticks are as follows.
- electrical resistivity: 0.05 to 0.07 milliohm / cm.
- polymerization cycles 1/2 hour at 150 ° C
1 hour at 100 ° C
2 hours at 80 ° C
2 to 3 days at room temperature.
- degradation temperature after polymerization 350 ° C.
Advantageously, the end 3 of the conductor is bi-jagged, especially from an angle at least sensiblemewt equal to ~ 5 °, so as to increase the contact surface between it and the adhesive, at the face Z5 at the end of the metal core 4.
Then, the end 3 of the conductor is inserted, without ' strip it, in the 'sleeve 2, until it comes to contact of the adhesive 6 which will bathe it, in particular the end face of the metal core 4; and will connect thus, electrically conductive, the conduc spindle, after which sleeve 2 is crimped onto said end 3, conventionally, at 7 (Figure ~);
this bond being reinforced by the hardening of . 1 ° adhesive.
The calculations show qize the voltage drop at the level of such a link, even under the most difficult conditions unfavorable, is negligible and, in any case, good less than, for example, male pin spacing and femel7.e of a connector.
Furthermore, if the process of the invention allows remove the stripping of electric canductors, it it should be noted that, by the same token, it is necessary to adapt the size of the laroches to be mounted on conduits ~
S tors determined according to the outside diameter of said conductors, including insulation, and not as in previous linkage devices, depending on the ld ~ .amè ~ be conductors without insulation.
