Abstract

Dispositif de mesure dynamométrique pour tige de forage tournante, incluant des capteurs disposés à
l'intérieur d'une gorge de la tige, chacune de ces capteurs transmettant des signaux de mesure sur une voie de mesure.
Un premier circuit électronique est solidaire de la tige de forage tournante pour le conditionnement des signaux fournis par les différents capteurs. Un ensemble collecteur tour-nant balais fixes est prévu pour transmettre les signaux du premier circuit électronique à une partie fixe, la traversée de ces signaux de l'ensemble collecteur-balais s'effectuant à courant nul. Un deuxième circuit électronique est monté
sur la partie fixe, ce deuxième circuit électronique comprenant, en aval de l'ensemble collecteur-balais, un étage d'amplificateurs suiveurs à très haute impédance d'entrée, et en aval de chaque amplificateur suiveur de chaque voie, un circuit de séparation de la composante statique et un circuit de séparation de la composante dynamique du signal.
