Abstract
End motor bogie, or intermediate motor bogie between two bodies, for a railway vehicle having a low floor over its entire length, comprising: a) a load-bearing transom (31) carried via secondary suspensions (32, 33) by a frame (34) itself bearing via primary suspensions (35, 36, 35A, 36A) on two axles (39, 40) carrying the running wheels (41, 42, 43, 44), b) at least one motor connected to the axles by couplings and reduction gears, each motor driving the two wheels of a same axle in rotation, c) brake discs. It comprises two motors (45, 46), couplings (47, 48), reduction gears (51, 52) and brake discs (53) arranged laterally on either side and outside the running wheels. <IMAGE>
