The said industrial design consists of the shape, configuration and ornamentation of the barbeque as shown in the drawings; the barbeque presents a symmetrical hood section with a flat rectangular top surface, angled front and rear surface areas which merge into short vertical front and rear surface areas, and flat side surfaces extending at right angles to the top, front and rear surface areas; a generally U-shaped handle-like portion extends upwards and forwards generally at right angles to the angled front surface area; four generally identical corner leg portions having outer surfaces situated at right angles to each other and an angled inner surface extend between the lower corners of a cooking section of the barbeque and the upper corners of a base section of the barbeque; the barbeque presents a pair of wing-like side sections which project outwardly from the corner leg portions with each wing-like side section having a flat rectangular upper surface; the right side wing-like section has a handle-like element extending outwardly from the outer surface thereof;the cooking section is generally rectangular in plan view and has generally flat and rectangular front, rear and side surfaces; each side surface has a series of aligned generally identical spaced apart oblong horizontal slots extending along the length thereof adjacent the upper edge of the side surface; the rear surfaces has a series of vertically extending generally identical spaced apart oblong slots situated along the length thereof adjacent the upper edge of the rear surface; the front surface projects forwards of the lower vertical front surface area of the hood section and has spaced-apart burner control knobs projecting forwardly therefrom; beneath the front surface of the cooking section is a narrow recessed surface having a series of aligned generally identical spaced apart horizontal oblong slots extending along the length thereof;the base section of the barbeque presents flat and generally vertical lower front and rear surface areas and flat and inwards angled upper front and rear surface areas; flat vertical side surfaces extend between the front and rear surface areas; the base section has a generally flat upper surface with a central large rectangular recessed area therein and a second elongated rectangular opening with a raised peripheral wall around the elongated rectangular opening.The hood section is aligned with the cooking section when the hood section is in the closed position; the hood section extends vertically upwards when in the open position and presents a flat rectangular cooking surface with a series of equally spaced-apart lines extending from front to rear across the majority of the cooking surface.Representations of the design are shown in the figures wherein:Fig. 1 is a front elevation view of the design of the barbeque with the hood in a closed position;Fig. 2 is a front elevation view of the barbeque with the hood in an open position;Fig. 3 is a rear elevation view of the barbeque with the hood in a closed position;Fig. 4 is a left side elevation view of the barbeque with the hood in a closed position;Fig. 5 is a right side elevation view of the barbeque with the hood in a closed position;Fig. 6 is a top plan view of the barbeque with the hood in a closed position; Fig. 7 is a top plan view of the barbeque with the hood in an open position; andFig. 8 is a right front perspective view of the barbeque with the hood in a closed positionDiagrams of the design are included.
