Abstract

The design consists of the shape, configuration and ornamentation of the remote controller as shown in the representations; the remote controller presents a housing with generally rectangular front and rear walls and generally rectangular side, upper and bottom walls extending at right angles to the front and rear walls; the front wall presents a large generally rectangular area with a rectangular window-like area therein situated above two columns of generally identical spaced apart slightly raised button-like elements also situated within the rectangular area; the lower right portion of the front wall beneath the generally rectangular area presents a series of vertically extending spaced apart slots; the bottom wall presents aligned identical spaced apart slots in the centre right portion thereof and a central small rectangular recessed area along the rear edge thereof; the rear wall of the remote controller presents a large recessed area having a flat inner surface, the large recessed area including a narrow channel to the central small rectangular recessed area in the bottom wall; the large recessed area in the rear wall presents two spaced apart aligned generally identical raised areas each with a straight lower edge and a curved upper edge in rear view and each with a horizontally extending oblong opening therein; the identical raised areas are aligned with a rectangular open area situated between the upper edge of the large recessed area and the inside of the upper wall of the remote controller.Representations of the design are shown in the figures wherein:Fig. 1 is a right front perspective view from above of the design of a remote controller;Fig. 2 is a front elevation view thereof;Fig. 3 is a rear elevation view thereof;Fig. 4 is a left side elevation view thereof;Fig. 5 is a right side elevation view thereof;Fig. 6 is a top plan view thereof; andFig. 7 is a bottom view thereof.
