Abstract

The said industrial design consists of the shape, configuration and ornamentation of a motorcycle as shown in the drawings; the most novel and distinctive features of the motorcycle are the fuel tank, the motorcycle seat, the cover sections situated on either side of the motorcycle between the motorcycle seat and the lower portion of the fuel tank, the motorcycle seat support structure, and the tail light; the fuel tank presents a hump-like shape with an arched lower edge in side view and is situated immediately ahead of the motorcycle seat; the motorcycle seat presents a scalloped forward section adjacent the fuel tank which merges into an upwards curved intermediate section which in turn merges through a rearwards curved section into a generally wedge-shaped rear section in side view; the rear section has tapered sides and a generally straight rear edge in top view; a band-like area extends across the seat part-way along the rear section thereof; each cover section presents an upper forward edge which conforms to arched lower edge of the fuel tank and each cover section has a rounded V-like recessed area in the upper rear edge thereof which confirms to the forward section of the seat; each cover section also presents a broad V-like lower edge in side view; the motorcycle seat support presents a pair of spaced-apart upwards and outwards angled side section and a straight lower section; the rear side section of the seat support bends rearwards and conforms to the lower edge of the rear section of the motorcycle seat; a chevron-like member with a pointed rear end extends beneath the rear portion of the angled side section of the seat support; the tail light presents a wedge-like shape with planar rear surface portions and projects rearwards away from a tail light housing portion.Representations of the design are shown in the figures wherein:Fig. 1 is a right front perspective view of the design of a motorcycle;Fig. 2 is a left rear perspective view thereof;Fig. 3 is a front view thereof;Fig. 4 is a rear view thereof;Fig. 5 is a top view thereof;Fig. 6 is a right side view thereof; andFig. 7 is a left side view thereof.The stippled lines in the drawings do not form part of the design.Diagrams of the design are included.
