~a matière circule donc constamment à

The present invention relates to a method and a apparatus for kneading a material prepared from dry particle size, varied, -of liquids and / or fluids, comprising a supply chamber dry particles and liquids, a review pient in which the mixing takes place and a valve closing the passage between the container and a dispositi ~
of evacuation of the kneaded material ~
Current mixing devices including often mixing instruments of the mixture, such as blades, propellers, turbines, etc., arranged in a reci-often pient rotary, with risk, inherent. to these means, for breaking up the individuals entering the com-position of the mixture, which results in the modification of basic relationships between mix products and front page modification of the final mixture.
We also know mixing devices in which the material is transported horizontally or vertically and encounter obstacles intended to help with the mixture. Such a provision may present high risk of sedimentation, which can also modify the relationships between products, while creating additional barriers of up to blockage of pipes, for example.
One of the aims of the present invention is to allow harmonious and optimal hydration hydraulic binder practically eliminating the risks above. Another object of the invention is to avoid any rupture of the particles and any sedimenta ~
tion although ensuring an optimal mix of products heterogeneous.
The invention is claimed here as kneading process for materials made from dry particles of varied particle size and a solution liquid, according to which we put in a ~ î, 7 ~
container, solution liquid and particles, liquid being.susceptible to be taken from the bottom of the container to be pumped through pipes in the upper part of: container so as to constitute at least one recycling circuit ',' essentially charac-terise in that the solution liquid is drawn off directly at the bottom of the container by the moi.ns deux pipes each comprising a type pump . peristaltic, the liquid forming at least two jets 10. point against each other and interpenetrate above the level of the liquid contained in the container, the dry particles being introduced into the container by through a dispersing device above of the area where the two jets intersect, the mixture being effected by the interpenetration of opposite jets by the action of peristaltic pumps and by dif ~ erences of flow speed inside t recycling circuits which constitute a free space from any obstacle.
20. The invention is also claimed in as a material kneading apparatus from dry particles of varied particle size, and of solution liquid, the device includes a container pient with openings at its upper end intended for the introduction of liquid and particles and, at its lower end, a valve closing a passage between the container.et a dispositi ~ evacuation mixed material, at least one pipe connecting the bottom of the container to an area above and constituting with the container a recycling circuit, essentially characterized in that the apparatus comprises at least two pipes leading through openings direct ~ ent at the bottom of the container, these channels each with a peristaltic type pump and an exit in the upper part of the receiver - 2 -.

arranged so that the material leaves the channels in the form of jets directed against each other and interpenetrating above the level of the liquid contained in the container, the apparatus comprising a device of dispersion intended for the introduction of the said agency particuIes above the ~ one or slinterpene-the two jets, the volume of the container, which located between said outlets and its bottom, and said pipes together constituting a space without of any obstacle and having walls a.surface completely smooth to form at least two circuits of brewing.
One of the advantages of the device according to the vention is to be able to cause the phenomenon of -thixotropy in a material such as a mortar made at using special cements, such as aluminum cements which, until now, could not have been realizes, in particular due to the modification of relationships between components, as explained above, modification that almost instantly causes a prompt and premature setting before the end of mixing.
The accompanying drawing represents, schematically and as an example, a form of execution of a device of mixing according to the invention.
Figure 1 is a sectional view of this device.
Figure 2 shows a device for Intermittent sampling of the material.
Figure 3 is a sectional view of a valve.
. The apparatus represented in FIG. 1 includes a container 1 cylindrical, having holes 2 and 3 for the supply of dry and liquid products, and a passage 4 for the evacuation of the kneaded material.

Two lines 10, 11 helicoldales entouren ~ the recipien-t 1 and connect ~ the bottom of it at the top, so that the material taken at the bottom of the receives and transfers by pumps 12, 13 of the type peristaltic drops inside the container.
The volume of the container, delimited by the bottom of the latter and by the upper ends of the pipes 10, 11, forms a recycling chamber 14 and brewing for the material being worked on.

This dispo ~ itif includes a canali ~ ation 16 of recycla-ge intended to be connected to the discharge pipe 9 and emerging through the other end ~ dan end ~ the chamber 14 of recy-clage t this canali ^ ~ ation 16 comprising a valve 17. Between the pump 8 and the valve 17, the pipe 16 has a substantially horizontal portlon whose part wall upper has an orifice 18. Distributed tubing this 19 in general foxme ~ of inverted U leads into the cana-li ~ ation 15 by this orifice 18. The descending branch 20 of this tubing 19 is extended ju3qu'à below the line 16 for recycling and includes a valve 21 of exit. This valve 21 must be closed when the valve 17 is open and vice versa.
As long as no material is taken, the valves 7 and 17 ~ have opened. ~ a material therefore constantly circulates at traver3 the channel 16 and the recycling chamber 14.
When you want to take material, you close the valve 17 and simultaneously opens the valve 21. The valves are preferably of the repr ~ ented type at the 35 Figure 3. It is ~ Obvious that it is then necessary to provide means to fzire low-5 tilt the container 1 so as to bring the drain valve 7 cuation in a position located ~ e down the chamber recycling. While the kneaded material is being removed, can ~ turn the pumps 12 and 1 ~ brassh- upside down ge to empty pipes 10 and 11, an e-waterproof with the valve can also be provided.
It is obvious that we can plan more than two brewing brews, each circuit being fitted with a pump, the recycling chamber being common.
It is interesting to note that the bra3sa- circuits ge can serve as storage room for ma-lax ~ e. You just have to maintain a slower activity, so not to allow the taking of certain ~ materials.
~ The apparatus described can in particular be used in the-construction industry for the mixing of mortars, in the chemical and pharmaceutical industries, or even in pa-weaving.
