Description

The present invention relates to flexible recipients and more especially those of the genre besides made from a film of matter tubular plastic and intended in particular to contain a liquid product, pulverulent or granular.
A packaging of this type is commonly used for distributing drink for example milk. This packaging also consists of made from a tubular film on which a first re soldering perpendicular to the edges of the tube, then after filling, a second weld parallel to the first, the liquid being trapped deny in the skin thus delimited by the two transverse welds and separated from the rest of the tube.
However, the gripping and handling of such a addition is discomfort due to its permanent deformability and that no organ of gripping is not expected ~
We therefore imagined providing these bottles with liquid packaging.
of organs facilitating their manipulation.
We thought, for this purpose, to conform a gripping member in a trunk, of tubular film constituting the skin, separated from the latter negated by said second weld. However, such a technique requires site a relatively complex complementary tool.
We also imagined bringing in a suitable place besides a gripping member such as a rigid handle. But such operation is done in recovery, once the bottle is filled and sealed and involves an additional phase in the manufacturing cycle, the duration increases appreciably, which correspondingly reduces the rate of manufacture cation and leads to significant additional costs of adaptation tion of the manufacturing chain.
The present invention precisely aims to overcome these various disadvantages in proposing a new technique for carrying out flexible containers provided with an attached gripping member, particularly rement simple and easy to implement with the same'cadences of manufacture as those of flexible containers of the same kind not provided gripping organ.
To this end, the invention relates to a flexible container intended for the packaging of products, in particular liquids, powders or gra-of the type constituted by a tubular addition made of thermoplastic material tick closed at both ends by a sealing weld and-view of a gripping member, characterized in that said member of ~
~ ' grip consists of a tab in thermoplastic material superimposed on one of the walls of the skin and joined to this wall by one of said sealing welds.
In this tongue can advantageously be practiced a or several openings to facilitate gripping.
The invention also relates to a method for obtaining a such flexible container from a tubular film of thermosou material ~
dable, characterizes in that one brings to the welding stations, in synchro-nism with the running of the tubular film, a strip of thermo-material plastic, said film and said strip coated therewith are welded simultaneously the film, then cut the strip, so as to leave a minus one of the ends of each container a trunk, one of band made up killing said tongue.
Such a procedure is remarkably simple to implement and does not in no way reduces the rate of manufacture of flexible containers because, outside the welding phases of the two ends of the skins and their filling, the only operation which is carried out is the cutting of the ban-of, which is carried out at a very short time during the times of ar-end of the scrolling of the tubular film in which the skins are made, downtime required by said welding and filling operations wise. This additional cutting phase therefore does not slow down in any way the rate of manufacture of wineskins.
Other characteristics and advantages will emerge from the description.
tion which will follow from an embodiment of a addition according to the invention, description given by way of example only and opposite the drawing annex on which:
- fig. I represents a front elevation view of a container flexible provided with a gripping member conforming to the invention, - fig. 2 is an enlarged view in partial section along the line II-II of the container of FIG. 1, and - fig. 3 is a view illustrating the process of the invention for obtaining the container of fig. 1.
The container of Figures I and 2 is further constituted I reali-see from a tubular film of synthetic plastic thermo weldable closed at both ends by a symmetrical sealing weld bolisee in 2.
One of the ends of the skin has a tongue bearing 3 perforated with one or more openings 4 facilitating gripping ~.

The substantially rectangular tongue 3 is made of thermally plastic and is welded by one of its longitudinal edges to the skin I
during the production of the sealing weld 2, the tongue 3 in the rest position being pressed against the skin, as shown in dashed in 5 in fig. 2.
Figure 3 illustrates the method of making such a addition.
During the manufacturing of wineskins 1, a strip of material thermoplastic, sections of which will constitute the tongues 3 is a born against one of the faces of the wineskins and sealed on them at the rights of the sealing seals 2 of the skins, this sealing of the said strip taking place during the production of the seals 2.
The realization of the latter causes the separation of each off the rest of the tubular film. Then the strip is attached to each or tre is cut in 6 and 7 to the desired lengths so as to constitute each addition I a tongue 3 folded over the skin. So there remains also on each addition 1, opposite the tongue 3, a section of strip 8 of very short length since it is in fact useless that we can consider providing each addition with a tab at each end.
Blen understood, Figure 3 only illustrates the process of the in-ventionO Practically the individual bottles are made one by one in the well-known manner. We first form the lower weld 2 of the addition, which separates it from the tubular film, it is filled with a product liquid, pulverulent or granular, then the upper weld 2 is formed.
The strip to constitute the gripping tabs 3 is nee from a feed reel in synchronism with the machine conditioning, said strip then being cut by a system of cutting also synchronizes with the machine.
The rate of the packaging machine is therefore by no means reduced, the cutting of said strip being effected during the filling time pleating of the skin and / or during the time of making the ~ welds sealing 2.
The tongue 3 may have one or more perforations or not include it at all.
The nature, thickness, dimensions and shape of the tongue can of course vary within wide limits. To strengthen the lan-this could also be double or tubular.
Finally, the invention is not limited to the embodiment represented smells and describes above but on the contrary covers all variants.
