Abstract

L'invention a pour objet un brasse-dés du type comprenant un boîtier creux disposé verticalement et à l'intérieur duquel est fixé un jeu de chicanes constituées par plusieurs surfaces planes inclinées disposées en alternance les unes endessous des autres de façon à ce que les dés introduits en haut du boîtier puissent ricocher de l'une à l'autre jusqu'à l'extrémité inférieure de ce dernier. Ce brasse-dés est caractérisé en ce que l'une au moins des chicanes comprend une ou plusieurs encoches triangulaires pour dévier la cours des dés dans un plan différent de celui des chicanes, et en ce que l'une au moins des autres chicanes comprend une ou plusieurs petites barres s'étendant en travers du boîtier pour obliger les dés à se retourner. Le brasse-dés est avantageusement pourvu d'un plateau faisant partie intégrante de la base du boîtier et sur lequel les dés brassés peuvent rouler. Un brasse-dés du type précedemment decrit a dejà été
ima~iné et fait l'objet du breve-t des Etats-l~nis No 2.241.567 délivre le 13 mai 19~1 au nom de J.C. Wobensmith. Le brasse-des decrit dans ce brevet presente neanmoins l'inconvenient d'obli-~er son ou ses u-tilisateurs a de nombreuses manipulations pour lire les des à chaque jeu. Le brasse-des decrit dans ce brevet présente ecJalement l'inconvenient maieur de ne posseder que des chicanes planes disposees en alternance les unes en-dessous des autres, sans aucun autre obstacle pour les dés. I1 arrive donc très souvent que les dés "glissent" d'une chicane à l'autre et ne se retournent sur eux-mêmes que dans un seul plan perpendi-culaire au plan des chicanes au lieu de pouvoir tourner sur eux-mêmes dans n'importe quel plan, c'est-à-dire autour de n'importe lequel de leurs axes.
La presente invention a pour objet un brasse-dés qui permet de remédier aux deux inconvénients précédemment men-tionnes.
Plus precisement, la presente invention a pour objet un brasse-des qui evite toute manipulation de la part du ou des utilisateurs et qui, de par sa structure, permPt aux dés de se ; retourner sur eux-mêmes dans n'importe quelle direction.
Le brasse-des selon llinvention comprend un boîtier creux dispose verticalement e-t presentant:

Grâce à la structure precedemment décri-te, le ou les utilisateurs du brasse~des selon l'invention n'ont pas à manipu-ler ce dernier pour pouvoir recuperer leus dés puisque ceux-ci roulent sur un plateau prévu à cet effe-t à l'exterieur du boî-tier creux. I.e ou les utilisateurs du brasse-des sont egale- ~-ment certains que les des ont ete parfaitement brasses yrâce à

Claims

The embodiments of the invention, about which an exclusive right of property or privilege is claimed, are defined as follows:

1. Type brewer comprising a hollow housing arranged vertically and presenting:

- an opening at its upper end for introduce the dice to brew, - a set of baffles consisting of several sur-flat faces inclined downwards and arranged alternately one below the other inside the housing so that the dice can ricochet from one to the other, and - an outlet arranged laterally at the base of the housing in the extension of the lowest baffle of so as to allow the brewed dice to roll on a tray forming an integral part of the base of the housing, characterized in that:
- at least one of the baffles comprises at least one triangular notch to deflect the dice course in a plane different from that of baffles, and - at least one of the other baffles is extended at its lower end by at least a small bar extending across the housing to force the dice to turn around.

2. Dice brewer according to claim 1, characterized in that the tray forming an integral part of the base of the housing is hollow and has a vertical height wall slightly greater than the height of the other walls of said plate to stop the dice coming out of the housing, said wall of slightly higher height being arranged opposite the outlet of said housing.

3. Dice brewer according to claim 2, characterized in that the hollow housing is of square section and comprises five baffles.

4. Dice brewer according to claim 3, characterized in that it comprises two triangular notches cut one next to each other on the third chicane from the end upper part of the housing and two small bars extending parallel to each other from the lower end baffle located immediately below the third chicane previously mentioned.

5. Dice brewer according to claims 1, 2 or 4, characterized in that it further comprises a removable bottom intended to completely cover the surface of the tray making integral part of the base of the housing, said bottom having a circular section recess in the middle to receive see one or more of the stirred dice coming out of the box.
