Abstract
Device allowing the display for the user at each station of the position of a bus and the waiting time for its passage BU level of said station characterized in that each bus is equipped with a transmitter which sends a permanent coded signal, a code being assigned to each line, these signals are received by detectors regularly distributed along the route of each line and which allow on the one hand the detection of the landscape of each bus and on the other hand the identification the number of the line to which it belongs; this information formed by each detector is transmitted to all stations located downstream of the detector on the lines concerned, station voucher comprising a panel having means allowing the visualization of the approach of buses on the front part of the lines using this station as well as the waiting time for its passage.
Description
Z5~
our le te~ps qui laur re~to a attendre.

- au nlveau du panneau, chaque ligne d'Autobus est représentée par un vecteur dont l'extrémité matérialise la position géographique de l'usa-ger; sur ce ve¢teur~ cbaque d~tecteur est sy~bolisé par un voyant qui s'aIlume au moment de la detection d'un autobus appartensnt à la ligne lntéressée. ~u-de3sus de ce spot lumineux, l'usager peut lire le nom de l'arrêt correspondsnt ainsl gue le temps do parcours moyen entre celui-cl et le suirant (ou entre cet arret et o01ui où se trouve l'usa-ger);
- pour un arrêt donné~ le voyant correspondant reste allumS à partir de l'lnstant Oa llautobus arrive à 80n niveau ~us~u'au moment où 11 est détecte ~ l'arret suivant~ ;

At each station, a sign, for example 40 x 30 cm, is arranged ~, at a height of for example between 2 m and 2 m 30, at inside the bus shelter "or on the stop post. CQ panel allows 18 visualization of the approach of the buses on the ant part ~ -lines higher using this statlon.
The visualization technique is as follows:
- at the level of the sign, each Bus line is represented by a vector whose end materializes the geographic position of the user ger; on this veeur ~ cbaque d ~ tecteur is sy ~ bolized by a light which lights up when a bus belonging to the line is detected Interested. ~ u-de3sus of this light spot, the user can read the stop name corresponds to the average journey time between this one and the next one (or between this stop and where the user is located ger);
