Ces composés sont utilisables comme médicaments pour leur action sur le système nerveux central. Dans la demande de brevet déposée au Canada le 15 août 1973 sous le numéro 178,905, la demanderesse a décrit de nouvelles pipérazino-pyrimidines, utilisables comme médicaments et répondant à la formule générale:

préparés comme à l'exemple 1 de la demande de brevet numéro 178.905 mais en remplaçant l'éthylamine par une quantité équimolaire de l'a-mine H-N ~ correspondante et éventuellement la N-m~thylpipérazine par une quantité équimolaire de la N-alkyl-pip~razine correspon-dante.

UTIkISATION THERAPEUTIQUE
Les composés selon l'invention et leurs sels pharmaceu-tiquement acceptables peuvent être utilisé~ en thérapeutique hu-maine sous forme de comprimés, capsules, g~lules~ suppositoires, solutions ingérables ou injectables etc... avec les indications suivantes: vomissements, nausées et migraines de toutes origines, spasmes digestifs et autres, ils peuvent être utilisés ~galement comme psychotropes, analgésiques, antisérotonines et spasmolyti-ques.
Ils peuvent 8tre administrés à des doses unitaires com-prises suivant les formes et les composés entre 10 et 500 mg, se-lon une posologie journalière comprise entre 50 et 2500 mg.
