A presente invenção refere-se a um aparelho em uma carda plana ou carda com roletes, pelo menos um elemento de trabalho e/ou funcional que esta presente, possuindo entre duas regiões de extremidade, para fixação junto à carda, um elemento transportador alongado que possui uma região voltada para o interior (em direção à região de trabalho da carda) localizada oposta à guarnição do cilindro em um espaçamento.
