Abstract
SISTEMA DE AVALIAÇÃO E CONTROLE DE QUALIDADE DE SINAL, SISTEMA COMPREENDENDO ESTAÇÃO PARA O MONITORAMENTO DE PACIENTE E AVALIAÇÃO DE QUALIDADE DE SINAL E MÉTODO DE CONTROLE PARA A CAPTURA E ARQUIVAMENTO DE DADOS FISIOLÓGICOS MONITORADOS. Os sinais vitais médicos (110) são capturados, registrados, processados, sendo computada uma avaliação da qualidade do sinal (160) com base nas componentes da forma de onda do sinal com o inclinação, amplitude, tempo para elevação, tempo para pico e o grau em que o sinal faz picos (420) e vales (430). A avaliação do sinal (160) pode ser usada com base para estabelecer a qualidade (130) do sinal vital subjacente, para aumentar a qualidade do sinal removendo os segmentos ruidosos e os picos (424) e vales (434) fisiologicamente impossíveis, para detectar um valor de parâmetro (120), para rotular uma forma de onda (140), ou para ligar um alarme (550) para indicar que o sinal atingiu um valor crítico e emitir um alerta ao usuário dos dados vitais. O sinal e a avaliação são armazenados em um memória indexada de armazenamento de dados, que pode ser pesquisada (590) na qual os sinais podem ser recuperados e exibidos (300).
