Abstract
INJETOR DE COMBUSTÍVEL. Injetor de combustível que inclui uma agulha de válvula (20)para controlar a injeção de combustível através de uma saída de injetor, uma câmara de controle (18) para receber combustível e uma válvula de controle de três vias que controla a pressão do combustível dentro da câmara de controle (18) para controlar movimentos de abrir e fechar da agulha de válvula para controlar a injeção de combustível através da saída. A válvula de controle de três vias controla a comunicação entre (a) uma primeira passagem (38) e uma segunda passagem (36) e (b) uma terceira passagem (30) e a segunda passagem (36), e inclui um primeiro alojamento (14) provido com um orifício guia (34) em para um membro de válvula de controle (32 a, 32b), em que o movimento do membro de válvula de controle (32 a, 32b) é guiado dentro do orifício guia (34), e um primeiro assento de válvula (48) definido por um segundo alojamento (12) com o qual uma extremidade do membro de válvula de controle é possível de ser encaixado, para controlar a comunicação entre a primeira e a segunda passagem (38, 36).O primeiro alojamento (14) é um alojamento de válvula de controle e o segundo alojamento (12) é um alojamento de injetor (12) o alojamento de injetor (12) sendo provido com um orifício guia (22) para a agulha de válvula ou uma parte (20) transportada pela agulha de válvula.
