Abstract
dispositivo de ensaio compreendendo zonas de reação seriais. a presente invenção refere-se a um dispositivo de análise compreendendo um substrato tendo pelo menos uma zona de adição de amostra, pelo menos um sumidouro e pelo menos um curso de fluxo conectado a pelo menos uma zona de adição de amostra e a pelo menos um sumidouro, em que o pelo menos um curso de fluxo compreende projeções substancialmente verticais à superfície do referido substrato e tendo uma altura (h), um diâmetro (d) e espaçamento recíproco (t1, t2), de modo que fluxo capilar lateral de uma amostra de liquido seja obtido, em que o dispositivo compreende pelo menos duas zonas de reação em série, em que cada zona de reação é adaptada para facilitar a medição de uma resposta que origina-se de um e do mesmo analito e em que as pelo menos duas zonas de reação são posicionadas para permitir o cálculo da concentração de pelo menos um analito. as vantagens incluem que um valor mais preciso pode ser calculado, variações são reduzidas e uma estimativa da incerteza da resposta pode ser calculada.
