Abstract
FERRAMENTA DE PERFURAçãO PARA REMOçãO DE CAVACOS POR USINAGEM, ASSIM COMO, UMA PARTE SUPERIOR LIVRE E UM CORPO BáSICO PARA A MESMA. A presente invenção está correlacionada a uma ferramenta de perfuração, que compreende uma parte superior livre e que inclui um corpo básico (1), o qual apresenta uma mandíbula frontal (14) que é delimitada por duas seções (15) que podem ser elasticamente curvadas e por uma superfície de suporte axial intermediária (16), e que é idealizada para receber uma parte superior livre substituível (2). Assim, as seções (15) transferem torque para a parte superior livre (2), através de superfícies de contato tangencial (36) da mesma, ao mesmo tempo em que superfícies de suporte internas (17) das seções são mantidas pressionadas de modo resiliente contra superfícies de contato lateral (24) da parte superior livre, a fim de firmemente comprimir a mesma. Na montagem da parte superior livre, a mesma é insenda axialmente entre as seções (15), sendo então girada até que as superfícies de suporte tangencial (20) entrem em contato com as superfícies de contato tangencial (36) da parte superior livre. A fim de provisoriamente centralizar de forma grosseira a parte superior livre em conexão com o giro interno, a parte superior livre é formada com superfícies guias convexas (26), que são colocadas axialmente entre a superfície de contato axial (11) e as superfícies de contato lateral (24). Desse modo, não são necessários quaisquer pinos guias que se projetam posteriormente da superfície de contato axial e, portanto, a parte superior livre pode ser fabricada de acordo com uma modalidade extremamente compacta, na qual a sua extensão é menor que o seu diâmetro. Além da ferramenta de perfuração montada, a invenção também se refere a uma parte superior livre e a um corpo básico considerados isoladamente.
