Abstract
DISPOSITIVO BIOSENSOR MAGNÉTICO E MÉTODO PARA APLICAR UM CAMPO MAGNÉTICO EM UMA SUPERFÍCIE DO SENSOR DE UM DISPOSITIVO BIOSENSOR MAGNÉTICO. A presente invenção apresenta um dispositivo biosensor magnético que compreende um cartucho do sensor para receber um ensaio a ser testado, uma unidade eletromagnética para produzir um campo magnético em uma superfície do sensor do cartucho do sensor, e um meio de detecção para detectar a presença de partículas magnéticas perto da superfície do sensor. A unidade eletromagnética é adaptada para produzir periodicamente um campo magnético que tem pelo menos uma primeira e uma segunda intensidades de campo magnético, em que a relação entre a proporção de tempo de aplicação da primeira intensidade de campo magnético e a proporção de tempo do período de aplicação da primeira e segunda intensidades de campo é variada durante a medição. A invenção apresenta adicionalmente um método para aplicar um campo magnético a uma superfície do sensor de um dispositivo biosensor magnético.
