Abstract
PROCESSO PARA PRODUZIR PRODUTOS LAMINADOS A QUENTE EM UMA INSTALAÇÃO COMBINADA DE LINGOTAMENTO CONTÍNUO E LAMINAÇÃO E INSTALAÇÃO COMBINADA DE LINGOTAMENTO CONTÍNUO E LAMINAÇÃO. A invenção refere-se a um processo e a um aparelho para pro5 duzir produtos laminados a quente, em uma instalação combinada de lingotamento e laminação. É um objetivo da invenção proporcionar um processo e uma instalação combinada de lingotamento e laminação, com a qual é possível manter o processo de lingotamento contínuo sem interrupções, nãoapenas no caso de uma interrupção programada na produção, mas também no caso de uma interrupção não programada na produção, o que ocorre, por meio de exemplo, em uma seção de aquecimento, um trem de laminação de acabamento, uma seção de resfriamento ou um aparelho de armazenamento. Esse objeto é alcançado por um processo no qual uma interrupção na produção em uma parte da instalação, a jusante do dispositivo de corte e descarga (6), é colocada em ponte por condução das seguintes etapas de processo: a) uma porção tarugo (21) do material precursor produzido continuamente é cortada por meio de uma tesoura mecânica primária (9); b) a parte posterior da porção tarugo (21) é levantada da mesa de cilindros (4) por meio de um aparelho de levantamento (11); e c) o material precursor (3) passando pela tesoura mecânica primária (9) é quebrado em pedaços de sucata (19) por meio da tesoura mecânica primária (9), os pedaços de sucata (19) são descarregados e a porção tarugo (21) é removida, até que a operacionalidade da instalação de lingotamento e laminação seja restaurada.PROCESS FOR PRODUCING HOT-ROLLED PRODUCTS IN A COMBINED CONTINUOUS CASTING AND ROLLING PLANT AND COMBINED CONTINUOUS CASTING AND ROLLING PLANT. The invention relates to a process and apparatus for producing hot-rolled products in a combined casting and rolling plant. It is an object of the invention to provide a process and a combined casting and rolling plant, with which it is possible to maintain the continuous casting process without interruptions, not only in the event of a scheduled interruption in production, but also in the event of an unscheduled interruption. in production, which occurs, by way of example, in a heating section, a finishing rolling mill, a cooling section or a storage apparatus. This object is achieved by a process in which an interruption in production in a part of the installation, downstream of the cutting and unloading device (6), is bridged by conducting the following process steps: a) a billet portion (21 ) of the continuously produced precursor material is cut by means of primary mechanical scissors (9); b) the rear part of the dowel portion (21) is lifted from the cylinder table (4) by means of a lifting apparatus (11); and c) the precursor material (3) passing through the primary mechanical shear (9) is broken into scrap pieces (19) by means of the primary mechanical shear (9), the scrap pieces (19) are unloaded and the billet portion (21 ) is removed, until the operability of the casting and rolling plant is restored.
