Abstract
COMPOSIÇÃO QUE FORMA PELÍCULA AQUOSA COM COMPOSTO ORGÂNICO VOLÁTIL BAIXO OU ZERO, MÉTODOS PARA MELHORAR AS PROPRIEDADES DE PELÍCULAS, E PARA PREPARAR UMA COMPOSIÇÃO DE POLÍMERO AQUOSA PLASTIFICADA DE COMPOSTO ORGÂNICO VOLÁTIL BAIXO OU ZERO, E, SUBSTRATO SÓLIDO. Além de agir como plastificantes efetivos, certos ácidos, carboxilatos e poliésteres líquidos de funcionalidade, hidroxila que são líquidos a 25 ºC podem ser usados como substituições pelo menos parciais para os compostos orgânicos mais voláteis convencionalmente usados como coalescentes e/ou melhoradores de propriedade em composições que formam película aquosa. As composições resultantes apresentam menores valores de VOC com relação às composições da tecnologia anterior que apresentam níveis comparáveis de propriedades de aplicação e revestimento.
