Abstract
MÉTODO E SISTEMA PARA NAVEGAÇÃO INTERVENCIONAL USANDO FORMAÇÃO DE IMAGEM POR ULTRASSOM REALÇADA POR CONTRASTE EM 3D Um método para navegação intervencional usando formação de imagem por ultrassom realçado por contraste (CEUS) em 3D (10) inclui adquirir um volume de CEUS em 3D de referência e informação de rastreamento para uma parte desejada de uma anatomia (22) sujeita a um procedimento intervencional com um instrumento (40), durante um tempo de vida útil de um agente de intensificação de contraste administrado à anatomia. As imagens de tecido rastreadas em tempo real (38) são adquiridas durante o procedimento intervencional. Além disso, uma reconstrução multiplanar (MPR) CEUS correspondente (44) POR pelo menos uma das imagens de tecido rastreada em tempo real adquiridas é gerada. Pelo menos uma das imagens de tecido rastreadas em tempo real adquiridas é exibida (20) juntamente com a correspondente de MPR por CEUS. A imagem de tecido rastreada em tempo real exibida inclui pelo menos uma imagem do instrumento dentro da parte desejada da anatomia e a MPR por CEUS corresponde á imagem de tecido rastreada em tempo real exibida. A imagem de MPR por CEUS inclui uma imagem de MPR realçada por contraste, obtida do volume de CEUS em 3D de referência e inclui um volume alvo de interesse (46), desse modo provendo um exibição concominante de informação de imagem realçada por contraste e informação de imagem de tecido, úteis para a navegação intervencional, pelo menos subsequente à expiração do tempo de vida útil de intensificação do contraste.
