Abstract

DISPOSITIVO E MÉTODO PARA FIXAR UM RÓTULO A UM SUBSTRATO. Os rótulos são permanentemente fixados em um substrato (24), por exemplo, um cassete de tecido, por uso de um dispositivo de estaqueamento (1). O dispositivo compreende um conjunto estaqueador (2) e um conjunto de fixação de cassete (4). O conjunto de fixação de cassete inclui uma fenda (20) e um conjunto de fixação (31) para prender o cassete (15) dentro do dispositivo. O conjunto estaqueador inclui um conjunto de sondas (72, 74) que são aquecidas e sequencialmente movidas para uma posição para queimar um furo em um rótulo (53) que está provisoriamente conectado ao cassete, e então o substrato é fundido e deslocado através do furo para formar uma cola em anel que fixa permanentemente a rótulo ao cassete.
