Abstract

MANCAL DE ROLAMENTO RADIAL, EM PARTICULAR, MANCAL DE ROLAMENTO INCLINADO DE DUAS FILEIRAS. A presente invenção refere-se a um mancal de rolamento radial executado como mancal de rolamento inclinado (1) de duas fileiras, que é constituído, em essência, de um anel do mancal externo (2) e de um anel do mancal interno (3), bem como, de uma infinidade de corpos de rolamento (8, 8') dispostos um ao lado do outro entre os anéis do mancal (2, 3) em duas fileiras (4, 5), e mantidos em intervalos uniformes entre si através de duas gaiolas do mancal (6, 7), dos quais, pelo menos, uma fileira (4 ou 5) é executada como rolamentos de esfera com, respectivamente, duas superfícies laterais (9, 9', 10, 10') aplainadas simetricamente de uma forma básica de esfera, dispostas paralelas uma à outra, sendo que, ambas as fileiras (4, 5) dos corpos de rolamento (8, 8') correm em, respectivamente, duas pistas de rolamento (13, 14 e 15, 16) adjacentes em forma de calhas incorporadas no lado interno (11) do anel do mancal externo (2) e no lado externo (12) do anel do mancal interno (3), cujos eixos do ângulo de pressão (17, 18) estão colocados um contra o outro, na disposição de O ou de X, e que são limitados axialmente em um lado através de, respectivamente, um ressalto (19, 20, 21, 22), caracterizado pelo fato de que, pelo menos, nas pistas de rolamento (13, 15) da fileira (4), dispostas no anel do mancal externo (2) e no anel do mancal interno (3) dos corpos de rolamento (8) executados como rolamentos de esferas, respectivamente, na área das partes de borda axiais no lado oposto a seus ressaltos (19, 21) estão moldados contornos de espaço livre e de apoio (23, 24) adicionais, por meio dos quais, através da introdução axial no intervalo entre os anéis do mancal (2, 3) e tombamento em seguida nas pistas de rolamento (13, 15) os rolamentos de esfera podem ser preenchidos no mancal de rolamento inclinado (1).
