Abstract

DISPOSITIVO DE FABRICAÇÃO DE UM REFORÇO A PARTIR DE UM FIO COLOCADO DIRETAMENTE EM SEU LOCAL FINAL Dispositivo de fabricação de um reforço a partir de um fio colocado diretamente em seu local final projetando-se para isso segmentos do dito fio sobre uma superfície de recepção o dito dispositivo compreendendo um meio de solicitação (200) do fio (1) a partir de uma fonte de fio (10), um conjunto rotativo que compreende um conduto rotativo (2) de eixo rr' fixado em uma árvore vazada (20, 205) que constitui o eixo de rotação (RR') do dito conduto (2) de maneira tal que a extremidade radial exterior (21) do dito conduto (2) seja orientada substancialmente radialmente em relação ao eixo de rotação da árvore vazada (RR'), o dito conduto recebendo o fio (1) por sua extremidade central (22) oposta à dita extremidade radial exterior (21) em proveniência dos ditos meios de solicitação, o dito fio saindo pela dita extremidade radial exterior (21), os ditos meios de solicitação controlando a velocidade linear de avanço do fio no interior do dito conduto rotativo (2), meios (13, 131) para acionar em rotação a árvore vazada, e meios para seccionar o fio (31) que agem sobre o fio de modo a liberar um segmento a cada volta do dito conduto rotativo (2). O dito meio de solicitação compreende uma polia motorizada (200), levada pela árvore vazada, da qual a circunferência é tangente ao eixo (rr') do conduto rotativo (2), e em tomo da qual o fio é alavancado antes de ser introduzido diretamente na entrada (22) do conduto rotativo (2), quando o dispositivo está em funcionamento.
