Abstract

MÉTODOS PARA DETERMINAR A CONCENTRRAÇÃO DE UM MEIO CROMATOGRÁFICO EM UMA SUSPENSÃO ESPESSA LÍQUIDA, E PARA RECHEAR UMA PRIMEIRA COLUNA COM UMA SUSPENSÃO ESPESSA DE UM MEIO CROMATOGRÁFICO PARA OBTER UMA ALTURA DE LEITO DESEJADA DE MEIO RECHEADO DENTRO DA COLUNA, E, DISPOSITIVO PARA DETERMINAR A CONCENTRAÇÃO DE UM MEIO CROMATOGRÁFICO EM UMA SUSPENSÃO ESPESSA LÍQUIDA Um método para determinar a concentração de um meio cromatográfico em uma suspensão espessa líquida compreende as etapas de prover uma coluna (1) tendo uma extremidade de topo (3) e uma extremidade de base (2) e adaptada para reter um meio cromatográfico nela, introduzir um volume definido da suspensão espessa (15) dentro da coluna (1), prover um fluxo de líquido através da coluna (1) a partir da extremidade de topo até a extremidade de base da coluna, para precipitar o meio cromatográfico na coluna, medir a altura do leito do meio cromatográfico consolidado ou um valor relacionado com ele e determinar pela altura de leito medida ou valor relacionado com ela a concentração ou um valor relacionado com a concentração do meio cromatográfico na suspensão espessa. Um dispositivo para realizar o método, bem como o uso do método no recheio de colunas especialmente de grande proporção são também descritos.
