Abstract

novo princípio ativo em cicatrização e seu uso. a presente invenção se refere ao uso de um composto conhecido como um agente para a promoção e/ou aceleração da proliferação e/ou diferenciado de fibroblastos e, conseqüentemente, cicatrização. esse composto é um copolímero de um sal de ácido 2-metil-2-[(1-oxo-2-propenil)amino]-1-propanossulfônico e de éster 2-hidroxietil de ácido propanóico. ele pode ser utilizado sozinho ou em combinação com outra substância ativa, pode ser administrado diretamente sobre a ferida e a área em torno desta, ou sobre membranas mucosas, por aplicação tópica. ele também pode ser utilizado ex vivo, em particular para a geração de células ou de enxertos de pele.
