Abstract

ESTRUTURA DE LIGAÇÃO PARA LIGAÇÃO DE UM MANCAL DE DESENGATE DE EMBREAGEM EM UMA BARRA DE COMANDO. A presente invenção refere-se a uma estrutura de ligação para a ligação de um mancal de desengate de embreagem a uma barra de tração disponibilizada por uma caixa de câmbio e axialmente deslocável para alteração de um estado de engate de embreagem. A invenção tem por objetivo prover soluções pelas quais com alta segurança de processo é obtida uma ligação mecanicamente correta do mancal de desengate de embreagem (3) na barra de comando (2) de modo a custo favorável. Esse objetivo é alcançado, segundo a invenção, por uma estrutura de ligação para a ligação da seção de anel de suporte (8) de um mancal de desengate de embreagem a " uma barra de comando, que serve para o deslocamento axial do mancal de " desengate de embreagem e, com isso, para a alteração do estado de engate e da embreagem, com um corpo anular, que apresenta uma seção de munhão de cilindro (10), um dispositivo de ressalto de apoio (11) ultrapassando radialmente a seção de munhão de cilindro e uma perfuração de rosca interna (9) complementar a uma estrutura de rosca externa (15) da barra de comando disponibilizada por parte da barra de comando associada, sendo que a seção de munhão de cilindro é de tal maneira configurada com relação a seu diâmetro externo, que este atravessa axialmente a seção de anel de suporte deixando uma folga radial, e o dispositivo de ressalto de apoio forma uma área frontal voltada para a seção de anel de suporte, e está previsto um dispositivo de mola de prato (13), pelo qual a seção de anel de suporte é deslocada contra a área frontal do dispositivo de ressalto de apoio, sendo que na região de uma região extrema oposta ao dispositivo de ressalto de apoio da seção de munhão de cilindro é formado um dispositivo de ressalto anular (14), que sustenta a região de aresta periférica interna do dispositivo de mola de prato em direção axial.
