Abstract

CONTROLADOR E SISTEMA DE CONTROLE PARA UMA VÁLVULA REDUTORA DE PRESSÃO. A presente invenção refere-se a um controlador (8) para uma válvula-piloto (102) que ajusta a pressão de saída de uma válvula redutora de pressão (44) fornecendo água para uma região consumidora (3). Com o propósito de reduzir pressão de saída ao mesmo tempo que fornecendo uma pressão mínima exigida em um ponto crítico (CP) na região, o controlador ajusta a pressão de saída de acordo com a taxa de fluxo. O controlador inclui um relógio (22) e a relação entre a pressão de saída exigida e a taxa de fluxo medida é dependente de tempo. Parâmetros que definem a relação são fornecidos para o controlador (8) provenientes de um sistema de processamento remoto de dados (13) que analisa taxa de fluxo e dados de pressão de saída transmitidos pelo controlador, e também dados de pressão provenientes de um sensor remoto (10) no ponto crítico. Em intervalos, o controlador (8) estabelece uma conexão sem fio com o sistema remoto (13) para transmitir dados registrados, e para receber parâmetros cobrindo um período de tempo que é maior do que o intervalo entre sessões de comunicação.
