Abstract
CABO DE CONTROLE COM MECANISMO DE AVANçO DE DISPOSITIVO. Trata-se de um cateter sendo dotado de um mecanismo de avanço interno que pode avançar fios de reforço ou outros dispositivos, é dotado de um cateter com um corpo do cateter, uma seção de ponta distal do corpo do cateter, um dispositivo se estendendo através pelo menos do corpo do cateter, e um cabo de controle proximal ao corpo do cateter, onde o cabo de controle é dotado de um mecanismo de avanço com um membro rosqueado, um membro de ajuste, e um membro guiado ao qual o dispositivo está conectado, e o mecanismo de avanço está configurado para avançar e retrair o dispositivo ao longo do corpo do cateter conforme controlado por um usuário. O membro rosqueado e o membro de ajuste são geralmente dotados de uma configuração cilíndrica. O membro rosqueado é dotado de uma superfície externa configurada com um canal guia espiral.
