Abstract
PROCESSO PARA A MOLDAGEM POR PRENSAGEM E TÊMPERA DE UMA PEÇA BRUTA DE AÇO EM UMA PRENSA DE ESTAMPAR. A presente invenção refere-se a um processo para a moldagem por prensagem e têmpera de uma peça bruta de aço em uma prensa de estampar, sendo que a peça bruta (4) é aquecida para sua faixa de temperatura de austenitização, sendo em seguida colocada entre uma estampa superior (2) e uma estampa inferior (3) de uma ferramenta de moldagem (1) da prensa de estampar; em seguida, a peça bruta (4) é moldada a quente entre a estampa superior (2) e a estampa inferior (3) e, em seguida, é temperada por meio de contato direto com um agente de resfriamento (6) dentro da ferramenta de moldagem (1). As estampas (2, 3), depois da moldagem, são afastadas mutuamente de modo parcial, de tal modo que o agente de resfriamento (6) corra através da fenda (10,11) formada entre as estampas (2, 3) e a peça bruta (4) para dentro do compartimento oco de moldagem (9).
