Abstract

DISPOSITIVO PARA DETERMINAR UMA QUANTIDADE RELACIONADA À CONCENTRAÇÃO DE UM AGENTE DE CONTRASTE FLUORESCENTE APLICADO A UM OBJETO, PRODUTO DE PROGRAMA DE COMPUTADOR, E, MÉTODO PARA DETERMINAR UMA QUANTIDADE RELACIONADA À CONCENTRAÇÃO DE UM AGENTE DE CONTRASTE FLUORESCENTE APLICADO A UM OBJETO. Um dispositivo para determinar uma quantidade relacionada à concentração de um agente de contraste fluorescente aplicado a um objeto (2), em particular um meio turvo. O mencionado dispositivo, de modo geral, compreende uma fonte (4) de radiação eletromagnética para irradiar o objeto (2) em um comprimento de onda de excitação e pelo menos um primeiro meio de detecção (6, 7.1, 7.2,..., 8) para detectar radiação eletromagnética fluorescente emitida através do agente de contraste em um comprimento de onda fluorescente, o primeiro mencionado meio de detecção produzindo dados de intensidade fluorescente (F). O dispositivo proposto ainda compreende pelo menos um segundo meio de detecção (6, 7.1, 7.2,...) para detectar radiação eletromagnética transmitida através do objeto (2) no comprimento de onda de excitação, o segundo mencionado meio de detecção produzindo dados de intensidade de transmissão (T), e meios de avaliação (10) adaptados para receber os dados de intensidade de transmissão e os dados de intensidade de fluorescência para determinar quantidade relacionada à concentração relacionada mencionada do agente de contraste a partir de uma proporção (R) de dados de intensidade de fluorescência e dados de intensidade de transmissão.
