Abstract
COMPOSIçõES DE ENZIMA PARA A HIDRóLISE ENZIMáTICA APERFEIçOADA DE CELULOSE E MéTODO DE USO DAS MESMAS. A presente invenção refere-se a um processo para a hidrólise enzimática de celulose para produzir um produto de hidrólise compreendendo glicose a partir de um estoque de alimentação lignocelulósico pré-tratado e enzimas para uso no processo O processo compreende hidrolisação de uma pasta fluida aquosa de um estoque de alimentação lignocelulósico pré-tratado com enzimas celulase, uma ou mais do que uma enzima <225>-glicosidase e um agente de ligação para ligação da enzima <225>-glicosidase aos sólidos de fibra presentes na pasta fluida aquosa. Durante a hidrólise, ambas a enzima celulase e a enzima <225>-glicosidase se ligam aos sólidos de fibra. A hidrólise é realizada em um reator de hidrólise de retenção de sólidos de modo que os sólidos de fibra não-hidrolisados e enzima ligada são retidos no reator mais tempo do que a fase aquosa da pasta fluida.
