Abstract

PROCESSO E APARELHO PARA FORMAR UMA BOLSA DE ESPAÇO CONFINADO MÍNIMO. É revelado um processo para formar uma bolsa tendo um espaço confinado evacuado contendo um material fluxível. O processo inclui as etapas de: prover um tubo contínuo de película flexível e vedável; suprir o tubo continuo com uma quantidade predeterminada de material fluxivel; comprimir o tubo contínuo acima de uma região de vedação de modo a formar uma porção comprimida do tubo continuo; evacuar o espaço confinado entre a porção comprimida e a quantidade predeterminada de material fluxível; e vedar o tubo contínuo na região de vedação para formar uma vedação superior de uma bolsa previamente formada contendo o material fluxível e uma vedação inferior de uma próxima bolsa a ser preenchida.
