Abstract

"ANEL DE SINCRONIZAçãO". A invenção refere-se a um anel de sincronização para um aparelho de sincronização de uma transmissão de mudança de marcha comutável, que inclui um corpo de anel cónico (2) com uma superfície de atrito interna (3) e uma superfície de instalação externa, as quais respectivamente delimitam o corpo de anel (2) radialmente em uma direção externa e se estendem de forma cónica em um ângulo de atrito predeterminável em torno de um eixo geométrico de anel de sincronização axial (4) do anel de sincronização, onde o corpo de anel (2) é delimitado na direção axial em um diâmetro de cone maior por uma superfície de roda de engrenagem com uma roda de engrenagem (6) se estendendo de forma substancialmente perpendicular ao eixo geométrico de anel de sincronização (4) e é delimitado em um diâmetro de cone menor por uma superfície (7), e onde um recesso (9) é provido na superfície (7) do anel de sincronização para fixação do anel interno (8) com uma segurança contra rotação (10) provida o anel interno (8), particularmente na forma de uma orelha (10). De acordo com a invenção uma porção elevada (11) ou uma porção deslocada (11) é provida na superfície (7) do anel de sincronização e um recorte (12) é provido no anel interno (8), de modo que a porção deslocada (11) se encaixe no recorte (12) no estado instalado, de forma tal que uma altura de construção geral (13) do conjunto de anel de sincronização consistindo no anel interno (8) e no anel de sincronização não seja aumentada pela porção deslocada (11). A invenção ainda refere-se a um conjunto de anel de sincronização e a uma transmissão de mudança de marcha manual para um veículo motor com um anel de sincronização (1) de acordo com a invenção.
