Abstract

PROMOTOR DE ADESãO PARA LIGAçãO DE CAMADAS FLUOROPOLIMéRICAS EM UM ARTIGO MULTICAMADA. A presente invenção é dirigida a um promotor de adesão para ligação de fluoropolímeros e, mais especificamente, para ligação de uma camada fluoroplástica (16) a uma camada fluoroelastomérica (12) em um artigo multicamada (10), tal como uma mangueira para enchimento de combustível. Em uma modalidade, o promotor de adesão inclui um solvente, uma polialilamina (PAA), e um composto organo-ónio. O solvente pode incluir um solvente orgânico, tal como um álcool, por exemplo, metanol, etanol ou isopropanol. A polialilamina inclui um homopolímero de 2-propen-l-amina, e o composto organo-ónio pode incluir um sal de fosfónio orgânico. A composição final do promotor de adesão pode incluir: um solvente,na faixa de cerca de 80% em peso a cerca de 90% em peso; uma polialilamina na faixa de cerca de 0,5% em peso a cerca de 10% em peso; e um composto organo-ónio na faixa de cerca de 0,5% em peso a cerca de 10% em peso. Esse promotor de adesão pode incluir ainda, opcionalmente, um silano, tal como um organossilano.
