Abstract

GERADOR ELéTRICO PARA TURBINAS EóLICAS E HIDRáULICAS A presente invenção refere-se a um gerador alojado em uma nacela de turbina eólica. O rotor de gerador (6) é montado em pinhões de saída de caixa de mudança (21), assim, eliminando a necessidade de acoplamentos. A estrutura de gerador (3) está localizada diretamente na caixa de mudança (27) e está localizada para controlar a abertura (31). Para facilitar a remoção do gerador, afunilamentos (33,34) são usados, que têm ângulos agudos que excedem o coeficiente de atrito dos materiais usados. Para proporcionar suporte adequado através do seu comprimento, o eixo (22) emprega afunilamentos duplos (33,34), cada superfície cónica curta e localizada precisamente dos quais proporciona localização exata nos lados próximo e distante do eixo (22). O comprimento de eixo reto (22), entre os afunilamentos duplos (33,34) serve para suportar o gerador durante montagem e desmontagem.
