PROCESSO DE EXTRAçãO E CONSERVAçãO DE CALDO DE CANA SEM ADIçãO DE CONSERVANTES E ADITIVOS QUìMICOS refere-se a método de obtenção e conservação de caldo de cana-de-açúcar em embalagem asséptica, mantendo as características originais de cor e de sabor, sem adição de qualquer produto químico ao longo do processo, utilizando máquina raspadora e de moagem que dispensa contato manual e reduz o tempo de exposição ao meio ambiente e o caldo extraído é submetido a processo de pasteurização e envaze em embalagem asséptica.
