Abstract

EMPANADORA DE ALIMENTO. A presente invenção refere-se a uma máquina de enfarinhamento para distribuir um material de revestimento em um produto alimentício incluindo uma câmara de enfarinhamento, um transportador contínuo para transportar produtos alimentícios através da câmara de enfarinhamento, um aumentador incluindo pelo menos um coletor de descida e um fundo inclinado para distribuir material de revestimento nos produtos alimentícios, um transportador de alimentador posicionado dentro do alimentador. Pelo menos uma de uma posição angular ou uma posição vertical do transportador de alimentador é ajustável para acomodar uma variedade de materiais de revestimento que circulam livres e que não circulam livres. Uma ou mais lâminas de ar podem ser posicionadas nos coletores de descida para fluidificar o material de revestimento a fim de aliviar entupimento e/ou acúmulo do material de revestimento dentro do coletor de tecido.
