Abstract

SERVIDOR DE CONTROLE, MÉTODO PARA GARANTIR EM UMA CAMADA PORTADORA AQUELAS EXIGÊNCIAS DE SERVIÇO NEGOCIADAS PARA UM SERVIÇO ATRAVÉS DE UMA CAMADA DE SINALIZAÇÃO, E, PROGRAMA DE COMPUTADOR Em cenários onde exigências de serviço são negociadas através de uma camada de sinalização, enquanto os serviços são realizados através de uma camada portadora, regras de controle são criadas em servidor de controle logicamente interposto entre as camadas de sinalização e portadora. Essas regras de controle são baseadas em exigências de serviço recebidas de uma entidade na camada de sinalização e são instaladas em uma entidade na camada portadora para uma portadora nela estabelecida. Contudo, nem todas as exigências de serviço negociadas através da camada de sinalização podem ser suportadas na camada portadora por qualquer equipamento do usuário. A invenção proporciona um método e dispositivos pelo que o servidor de controle pode criar regras de controle com base em exigências de serviço recebidas da camada de sinalização e também com base em capacidades do equipamento do usuário atualmente usado pelo usuário e pelo que as regras de controle são instaladas para uma portadora atualmente estabelecida ou para uma nova portadora subsequente ainda estabelecida, dependendo dessas regras de controle.
