Abstract
MÉTODO PARA HABILITAR COMUTAÇÃO DE CAMADA REDIMENSIONÁVEL BAIXA PARA ALTA EM UM FLUXO CONTÍNUO DE BITS DE VÍDEO; PRODUTO PROGRAMA DE COMPUTADOR PARA HABILITAR COMUTAÇÃO DE CAMADA REDIMENSIONÁVEL BAIXA PARA ALTA EM UM FLUXO CONTÍNUO DE BITS DE VÍDEO; DISPOSITIVO ELETRÔNICO; E ELEMENTO DE UM SISTEMA DE ENVIO DE INFORMAÇÕES EM PACOTES EM FLUXO CONTÍNUO. Trata-se de um sistema e um método para sinalizar pontos de comutação de camada baixa para alta em um nível de formato de arquivo para habilitar comutação de fluxo contínuo redimensionável eficiente em servidores de envio de informações em pacotes em fluxo contínuo e na reprodução de arquivo local. A presente invenção também fornece um sistema e um método para sinalizar pontos de comutação de camada baixa para alta em fluxo contínuo de bits de vídeo, por exemplo, para habilitar encaminhamento inteligente de camadas de expansibilidade em elemento de rede cientes da mídia ou a decodificação computacionalmente redimensionável em receptores de fluxo contínuo.
