Abstract

sistema de válvula aerossol de auto-purga. sistema de válvula aerossol de auto-purga, de pequena força para abertura, com ranhura furada na haste da válvula e gaxeta formando uma primeira válvula para fluxo do produto e propelente, ou propelente. um elemento de válvula de retenção, elemento de solicitação e primeira abertura do alojamento formando uma segunda válvula para fluxo do produto. o acionamento da haste da válvula abre seqüencialmente a primeira válvula e, em seguida, a segunda válvula. após atuação, a segunda válvula se fecha antes da primeira válvula, e propelente da segunda abertura do alojamento, purgar a haste de válvula e atuador até que a primeira válvula se feche. nenhuma mola de retorno de fechamento da primeira válvula atua diretamente sobre a haste de válvula, permitindo fácil abertura. a gaseta na ranhura da haste e fluxo de produto e propelente fecham totalmente a primeira válvula após a segunda válvula se fechar. elevado teor de produtos sólido e/ou de resina podem ser dispensados através do atuador com inserto de interrupção mecânica.
