Abstract

BOCAL E APARELHO PARA MOLDAGEM POR INJEçãO. A presente invenção refere-se a um bocal (10) controla o fluxo de material fundido em equipamento de moldagem por injeção por atuação passiva com abertura e fechamento de um conjunto de molde. O bocal compreende um pino de válvula (20) tendo uma passagem de pino (22) movível através dele suportado dentro de uma passagem de bocal (14) e um braço de contato (30) transversal à passagem de bocal e se estendendo além da mesma o pino de válvula engatando vedadamente a passagem de bocal. Meios de desvio (35) desviam o pino de válvula para uma posição fechada prevenindo a passagem de material fundido pelo bocal. O braço de contato efetua movimento do pino de válvula para uma posição aberta quando o fechamento do conjunto de molde exerce uma força sobre o braço de contato para superar os meios de desvio. Um arranjo de molde de conjuntos de molde plurais compreende pares de bocais da invenção para controlar o fluxo de material fundido através de segmentos de conduto combinados entre uma unidade de injeção e pelo menos um conjunto de molde, os bocais dispostos e configurados para engate de assentamento com aproximação dos segmentos de conduto.
