Abstract

MéTODO DE CIMENTAR UMA PERFURAçãO DE POçO, MéTODO DE REPARAR UMA PORçãO DO TUBO DE REVESTIMENTO INTERNO, MéTODO DE CIMENTAR UMA FORRAçãO PROVIDA DE FENDAS, MéTODO DE CONSOLIDAR UMA FORMAçAO DE POçO, E EQUIPAMENTO. Essa invenção está relacionada a um método e a uma ferramenta para consolidar um furo de poço mediante deslocamento de lama cimentosa convencional ou aa outro fluido curável, sem qualquer tubo de revestimento interno permanente. Uma bexiga é inflada dentro do furo para atuar como um molde e para formar um anular que pode ser enchido pela lama cimentosa ou qualquer outro fluido curável. Quando o cimento ou a resina é curada, a forma é retirada por meio de um puxão direto; deixando uma capa de revestimento de cimento ou de resina para suportar a formação sem requerer qualquer re-perfuração. A capa de revestimento pode ser perfurada, se necessário (na zona de produção) . As aplicações incluem, sem limitações, a cimentação temporária de poços de mono-diâmetro, reparos através da tubulação de um furo nu, ou cimentação de uma forração provida de fendas em poços de água, óleo ou gás.
