Abstract

CONECTOR DE GRAMPO/ESCAREADOR. Um inserto de conector 21 é instalado em dois painéis 23 e 25, um não metálico e um de metal, sendo eles travados um no outro efetivamente e com um acabamento nivelado com as superfícies de cada painel. Ambas as folhas têm aberturas alinhadas 24 e 26 através das quais o conector é instalado. O conector é um prendedor do tipo de grampo que inclui uma haste que tem uma cabeça deslocadora em uma extremidade e uma face frontal na extremidade oposta, a cabeça tendo uma superfície de topo planar e tendo o maior diâmetro do prendedor. Uma ranhura rebaixada é localizada na haste imediatamente abaixo da cabeça e uma série de dentes de escareamento, que se estendem em sentido axial na haste, são localizados imediatamente abaixo da ranhura rebaixada. O di- âmetro dos dentes de escareamento é maior que o diâmetro da ranhura rebaixada, porém menor que o diâmetro da cabeça. Na extremidade da haste há uma face frontal planar imediatamen- te abaixo da parte de escareamento.
