Abstract

SISTEMA DE SECAGEM DE GáS. A presente invenção refere-se a um aparelho e método para um sistema de secagem de gás que incluem uma seção de recuperador tendo uma primeira e uma segunda passagen de fluxo de fluido, nas quais o fluido que escoa pela primeira passagem de fluxo de fluido ficam em comunicação térmica com o fluido que escoa pela segunda passagem de fluxo de fluido. Uma seção refrigerada tendo uma terceira passagem de fluxo de fluido fica em comunicação fluida com a primeira passagem de fluxo de fluido de modo a resfriar ainda mais o fluido que escoa para aproximadamente uma temperatura de ponto de condensação. Uma seção de separador de umidade é disposta entre as seções de recuperador e refrigerada, as seções montadas formando uma construção integral, na qual o separador fica em contato planar com as seções de recuperador e refrigerada. O separador tem uma quarta passagem de fluxo de fluido em comunicação fluida com a terceira passagem de fluxo de fluido e com a segunda passagem de fluxo de fluido de modo a remover o líquido condensado e preso de uma corrente de fluido fluente antes de o fluido escoar para a segunda passagem de fluxo de fluido.
