Abstract
"PROCESSO PARA TIRAR MOLDE DE UM OBJETO ODONTOLóGICO, BEM COMO, DISPOSIçãO PARA A REALIZAçãO DO PROCESSO". A presente invenção refere-se a um processo, bem como a um dispositivo para tirar molde tridimensional sem contato de um objeto (10) odontológico, sendo que para a determinação de coordenadas espaciais de pontos da superfície do objeto a serem medidos, são medidos uma faixa de luz projetada sobre o objeto com, pelo menos, duas câmaras da matriz (32, 34) para a determinação de duas coordenadas de lugar (coordenadas Z, Y) de um sistema de coordenadas, e através do registro da posição do objeto disposto em uma mesa de medição (22) que pode girar em torno de um eixo de rotação (20), é determinada a terceira coordenada espacial (coordenada X). A fim de possibilitar, de forma simples, tirar molde sem contato do objeto odontológico, sendo que o dispêndio construtivo para a determinação das coordenadas espacial, devem ser mantidos pequenos, e a determinação do molde deve ocorrer, contudo, de forma extremamente precisa e com alta velocidade, é sugerido que, a câmara da matriz seja uma câmara da matriz colorida, com primeiros, segundos e terceiros pixels, pelo fato de que, pela câmara da matriz é recebida luz em uma faixa de comprimento de onda característica, em essência, para um tipo dos pixels (primeiros pixels), e são avaliados valores, pelo menos, de um dos outros tipos dos pixels (segundos e terceiros pixels) para a determinação das duas primeiras coordenadas de lugar (coordenadas Y e Z).
