Abstract
TELA FORMADORA PARA USO NA SEçãO FORMADORA DE FOLHA DE UMA MáQUINA DE FABRICAR PAPEL E PROCESSO E APARELHO PARA SUA FABRICAçãO. A presente invenção refere-se a uma tela formadora (2) para uso na seção formadora de folha de uma máquina de fabricar papel, tendo ou compreendendo uma estrutura planar têxtil em que, de maneira a otimizar a estabilidade intrínseca, fios entrecruzados (5,6,7) são mutuamente engatados nos pontos de interseção (14) e em que os fios (5,7) adicionalmente são objeto de fusão entre si, que é caracterizado pelo fato de que a estrutura planar compreende entrecruzar primeiros e segundos fios (5,7), os primeiros fios (7) tendo a propriedade deles absorverem energia de laser e poderem ser levados pela energia de laser absorvida, à temperatura de fusão pelo menos na superfície; e de que os primeiros e segundos fios (5,7) serem objeto de fusão entre si em pelo menos alguns de seus pontos de interseção (14).
