Abstract
CULTIVO DE ESPéCIES DE COGUMELO DO GêNERO PLEUROTUS EM BAGAçOS DE UVA (Vitis sp.) E MAçã (Malus sp.) E ELABORAçãO DA FARINHA DO BAGAçO MICELIADO. Descreve-se o processo de produção de cogumelos do gênero Pleurotus nos bagaços de uva e maçã pelo processo Jun-Cao, trazido da China, bem como a produção da farinha do bagaço miceliado que poderá ser utilizada na elaboração de formulações visando a produção de alimentos funcionais ou ração animal. O processo é descrito em todas as suas etapas e variações possíveis e viáveis. Solicita-se os direitos amorais sobre o desenvolvimento do processo de produção dos cogumelos do gênero Pleurotus em sacos plásticos ou vidros, pela técnica Jun-Cao e suas variações, os direitos sobre a produção, comercialização e usos da farinha produzida pela miceliação de espécies do gênero Pleurorus nos bagaços de uva e maçã, e finalmente os direitos do uso dos termos "Cogumelo da uva" e "Cogumelo da maçã" e seus equivalentes em inglês "Grape Mushroom" e "Apple mushroom", sobretudo como identificador dos produtos produzidos por esse processo.Cultivation of MUSHROOM PLEUROTUS MUSHROOM SPECIES IN GRAPE (Vitis sp.)
