Abstract

"PNEUMáTICO COM COMPONENTE INTERNO DE BORRACHA REFORçADO COM CORDãO". Esta invenção se refere a um pneumático tendo um componente interno, que exclui uma superfície visível do pneumático, compreendido de um compósito de uma composição de borracha reforçada com cordão tendo um teor de carga de reforço, rico em sílica, relativamente baixo compreendido de sílica precipitada e negro de fumo de reforço de borracha, juntamente com acoplador de sílica em combinação com composto doador de metileno, composto aceitador de metileno, sal de cobalto e metafenileno bismaleimida. Tal componente pneumático reforçado com cordão pode ser, por exemplo, pelo menos um de uma lona de carcaça de pneumático e uma lona de sobreposição circunferencial e/ou uma lona de correia circunferencial subjacente à sua banda de rodagem. O compósito da composição da borracha reforçada com cordão pode também opcionalmente conter um ou mais de compósito de amido/plastificante particulado e plaquetas de argila esfoliadas.
