Abstract
PROCESSO PARA VEDAR ALUMìNIO E LIGAS DE ALUMìNIO ANODIZADOS COM áCIDO FOSFóRICO PARA MELHORAR RESISTêNCIA à CORROSãO E MANTER A RESISTêNCIA DE LIGAçãO ADESIVA, E, ALUMìNIO E LIGAS DE ALUMìNIO ANODIZADOS COM áCIDO FOSFóRICO REVESTIDOS COM VEDANTE. A invenção refere-se a um processo para vedar alumínio e ligas de alumínio anodizados com ácido fosfórico para melhorar suas propriedades de resistência à corrosão e manter a resistência de ligação adesiva. O processo compreende o pós-tratamento do alumínio anodizado e suas ligas com uma solução aquosa ácida compreendendo, por litro de solução, de cerca de 0,01 a 22 gramas de um composto de cromo trivalente solúvel em água de cerca de 0,01 a 12 gramas de um hexafluorozirconato de metal alcalino, de 0,0 a 12 gramas de pelo menos um tetrafluossilicato de metal alcalino e/ou hexafluoroborato, de cerca de 0,001 a 10 gramas de pelo menos um composto de zinco divalente solúvel em água, e de 0,0 a 10 gramas de pelo menos um espessante solúvel em água, e de 0,0 a 10 gramas de pelo menos um tensoativo solúvel em água.PROCESS TO SEAL ALUMINUM AND ALUMINUM ALLOYS WITH PHOSPHORIC ACID TO IMPROVE CORROSION RESISTANCE AND MAINTAIN ADHESIVE BINDING RESISTANCE, AND ALUMINUM AND ALUMINUM ALLOYS WITH FOSTERIC ACID. The invention relates to a process for sealing aluminum and phosphoric acid anodized aluminum alloys to improve their corrosion resistance properties and maintain adhesive bond strength. The process comprises post-treating the anodized aluminum and its alloys with an acidic aqueous solution comprising, per liter of solution, from about 0.01 to 22 grams of a water soluble trivalent chromium compound from about 0.01 to 12 grams of an alkali metal hexafluorozirconate, from 0.0 to 12 grams of at least one alkali metal tetrafluosilicate and / or hexafluoroborate, from about 0.001 to 10 grams of at least one water-soluble divalent zinc compound and 0.0 to 10 grams of at least one water soluble thickener, and 0.0 to 10 grams of at least one water soluble surfactant.
