Abstract
PROCEDIMENTO DE ANODIZAçãO PARA ALUMìNIO OU LIGAS DE ALUMìNIO. A presente invenção diz respeito a um procedimento para a anodização de alumínio ou ligas de alumínio, em que uma peça de alumínio ou de liga de alumínio é submersa em uma solução aquosa a uma temperatura entre 0°C e 140°C, de preferência entre 0°C e 130°C, em que a solução inclui: - ácido sulfúrico - ácido tartárico e - pelo menos um sal inorgânico de um elemento selecionado dentre pelo menos um metal de transição, um elemento lantanidio, um actinídio, e combinações de tais; e aplicação de uma diferença de potencial controlada, obtendo-se camadas de óxido de alumínio com propriedades tão boas ou mesmo melhores do que aquelas obtidas através da anodização em soluções tradicionais de ácido crómico.ANODIZATION PROCEDURE FOR ALUMINUM OR ALUMINUM ALLOYS. The present invention relates to a procedure for anodizing aluminum or aluminum alloys, wherein an aluminum or aluminum alloy part is submerged in an aqueous solution at a temperature between 0 ° C and 140 ° C, preferably between 0 ° C and 130 ° C, wherein the solution includes: - sulfuric acid - tartaric acid and - at least one inorganic salt of an element selected from at least one transition metal, a lanthanide element, an actinide, and combinations thereof. ; and applying a controlled potential difference, obtaining aluminum oxide layers with properties as good or even better than those obtained by anodizing in traditional chromic acid solutions.
